Natural Remedies for Skin Glow During Quarantine

Following up on may last post I am sharing some natural remedies, ideal for glowing skin. Pick the ones suitable for your skin type and for best results apply once a day.

In my next post I will share some remedies for your hair, so you can once again use stuff you may already have in your kitchen and keep your hair healthy and radiant during this quarantine period.

Remedy 1 (for all skin types)

  • Take half pealed potato it and stab it into a goo with a folk (use another fork to hold it in place)
  • Add some honey in it and apply it all over your face
  • Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and wash

 Remedy 2 (for oily skin) ……Only once a day

  • 1 Tablespoon gram flour
  • Add ¼ Teaspoon turmeric
  • Add milk to make a paste
  • Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and wash

(don’t make it over a white basin or your sink will get stained)

You can also use this as a face wash if you prefer not to do it as a mask.

Remedy 3 (for dry skin)

  • Take few Almonds, soak them over night
  • Crush them and add a teaspoon of milk
  • Apply on your face in circular motions gently to exfoliate and moisturise at the same time, do it for 1 minute or so and wash your face

Remedy 4 (for all skin types)

  • 1 Tablespoon Glycerine
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon and
  • 1 Tablespoon rose water
  • mix them to make a paste
  • Apply & leave it on for 15 mins and wash your face

Remedy 5 (for dry/combination skin types)

  • Mix fresh cream with few drops of lemon juice
  • Apply it evenly on your face leave for 15 mins & wash

(You can use Milk instead and apply with the cotton wool and leave it on for 15 mins)
